Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do not currently charge cancellation fees.

If you’re unable to make your reservation, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible. As a small business, last-minute cancellations can make it difficult to fill reserved tee times and may result in lost revenue.

Your courtesy helps us continue providing a great experience for all of our guests. Thank you for your support!

2. How to Cancel

Cancel through the My Bookings page. We’re also happy to assist you, just call (256) 686-0049.

3. Refunds

Please allow 24 hours after cancellation for refund to be initiated

4. Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your tee time, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments.

As a small business, advance notice helps us serve all of our guests and make the most of our available tee times. We appreciate your understanding and support.
